Customer Care

Customer Care Executive

  • Kakkanad, Kochi

As our Customer Care Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers and new clients. You will answer their enquiries, understand what they need and make sure every enquiry is followed up.

What you will do

  • Respond to customer enquiries by phone, WhatsApp and email
  • Understand each customer’s requirements and guide them to the right service or product
  • Record enquiries and follow up until they are resolved
  • Work with our design, development and marketing teams to keep customers updated
  • Communicate clearly, politely and professionally at every step

What we are looking for

  • Good spoken and written English; Malayalam is an advantage
  • A friendly, patient attitude and a willingness to listen
  • Comfort with WhatsApp, email and everyday computer tools
  • An organised approach and attention to detail
